Very diassapointed, £12 each and our lane didn’t even work, it kept skipping our goes and turning itself off, the staff tried to fix the problem but are obviously uneducated to work here. Had to ask them 3 times to fix the problem but it proceeded in not to work, btw I’m not sad I’m writing this as I’m sat here, coz I have nothing else to do (ovs)

Great place for kids and adults but during peak times like half term it's advisable to book in advance online. There's a Laser Quest upstairs that runs at set times during each day and a small section of arcade games and amusements downstairs.

A bar is available with a little lounge for over 18s and food can be ordered. All pricing is reasonable and worth taking the kids or your mates for a laugh.

One brothers cider cost £4.95. The staff hang out talking together at reception and do not man the bar so your left waiting for ages to get a drink. Plus one man sits on the back of the reception with his legs out on what looks like a shelf and comes down to go to the bar and order jack daniels and coke. Does he work there? Must do to be sat there but shouldnt be drinking alcohol at work. Can tell why the place is dead on a thursday night. Needs a customer focused team

won't let you get cash back and charge 2 quid for cash machine and it has an arcade stupid
